Participant Cancellations

If a participant needs to cancel their registration, they may transfer their tuition to another Clinician Edge course within one year, provided the course instructor is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the original course.

If cancellation notice is given at least 30 days prior to the course start date, participants may either:

• Transfer their tuition to another Clinician Edge course within one year, or

• Receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.

The Clinician Edge Right to Cancel

Clinician Edge and its instructors reserve the right to cancel a course prior to the start date due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, your tuition will be fully refunded. However, Clinician Edge will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred, including airfare, hotel accommodations, or other personal travel arrangements.

Every effort will be made to notify registrants as early as possible in the event of a cancellation. Please consider this policy when making travel plans.

Host Facility / Venue Cancellations

​

If the host facility must cancel a scheduled course, a minimum of four (4) weeks’ written notice must be provided to the course instructor. This ensures adequate time to inform all registered participants and make necessary adjustments.
