Terms of Service

Effective May 22, 2026.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of theclinicianedge.com and any continuing-education course you register for through the site (collectively, the “Services”). By using the site or registering for a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Clinician Edge (“TCE,” “we,” “us”) may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do; material changes will be announced via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on the site.

2. Who can register

Our courses are intended for licensed physical therapists and assistants, occupational therapists and COTAs, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and students enrolled in accredited programs in those fields. By registering, you confirm that you meet one of those eligibility criteria, or that you have separately confirmed eligibility with us in writing.

3. Course registration and payment

Course tuition is shown on each event page in U.S. dollars and is charged at the time of registration via Stripe. Where multiple tiers are available (early-bird, standard, group, etc.), the tier you select governs the price you pay. Coupon codes, if any, are applied automatically at checkout when valid.

Registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. If your payment fails or is reversed, your registration is not active until payment is collected.

4. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers

Our cancellation and refund policy applies to all course registrations:

  • More than 30 days before the course date. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course date receive a full refund less a small processing fee.
  • 14 to 30 days out. Cancellations 14–30 days out receive a transfer credit toward a future Clinician Edge course of equal or greater value.
  • Within 14 days of the course. Cancellations within 14 days of the course are non-refundable but may be transferred to another clinician on application.
  • If The Clinician Edge cancels. If we cancel a course for any reason — weather, instructor illness, host-clinic issue — every registrant receives a full refund or transfer credit at their election.

To request a cancellation or transfer, email us at [email protected] with your registration confirmation number.

5. Continuing-education credit and certification

Our courses are accredited by the Mulligan Concept Teachers Association (MCTA) and qualify for state continuing-education credit in most U.S. jurisdictions. CEU eligibility, credit hours, and state-specific acceptance vary; we publish the credits offered for each course on its course page but do not guarantee that any specific state board, professional association, or certification body will accept those credits for your purposes. You are responsible for confirming credit acceptance with your licensing authority.

The Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) examination is the credentialing assessment administered by MCTA and is awarded only upon successful completion of the assessment. Completing our prerequisite courses does not by itself confer the CMP credential.

6. Trademarks and intellectual property

“Mulligan Concept” and “Mobilization With Movement” are trademarks of the Mulligan Concept Teachers Association. The Clinician Edge teaches these methods under license from MCTA. All site content — course materials, videos, written materials, course branding, and the structure of this site — is owned by The Clinician Edge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative works from our course materials without prior written permission.

7. Clinical decisions and disclaimers

Our courses provide continuing education for licensed clinicians. Nothing on our site or in our courses constitutes medical advice, replaces independent clinical judgment, or establishes a clinician-patient relationship between you and TCE or any of its instructors. Application of any technique you learn in our courses is your professional responsibility, governed by your license, training, and the standard of care in your jurisdiction.

Information published on our blog, FAQ, and learning hub is for educational purposes and reflects the views of the authors at the time of publication. Evidence evolves; clinicians should verify against current peer-reviewed literature before applying any technique with a patient.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, share, or grant access to your course registration to another person without our written permission.
  • Record, broadcast, or redistribute live course sessions or course materials without our written permission.
  • Use the site to send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, including by automated scraping at a rate that burdens our servers.
  • Impersonate another clinician or misrepresent your professional credentials during registration.

We may cancel registrations and refuse future registrations from anyone who materially violates these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clinician Edge, its officers, instructors, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or attendance at our courses. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or a course registration is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
